Tibet’s Secret Temple: Body, Mind and Meditation in Tantric Buddhism

This is a fascinating exhibition currently on display at the Wellcome Collection in London. It's based around images and artefacts from the Lukhang Temple in Lhasa, Tibet which was originally used by the Dalai Lamas for meditation and spiritual practice. A collection of scroll paintings depict the Tibetan health system including the bodies energy channels and chakras which were stimulated through esoteric yogic practices. Many of the objects are being displayed publicly for the first time.
